Welcome - I’m Danielle

Through both life and professional experience, I’ve become deeply familiar with grief, betrayal, shame, anxiety, and the disorienting impact of relational trauma. I am accustomed to sitting with people in those spaces — without rushing, fixing, or minimizing what hurts.

I’m a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) through International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals (IITAP), and I specialize in supporting partners impacted by a loved one’s compulsive sexual behaviors. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, untethered, or questioning everything you thought was stable, your nervous system is responding to something real. What you’re experiencing makes sense.

Many of the struggles I work with — anxiety, depression, shame, grief — are rooted in relational distress, past or present. We are meant to be in safe, secure relationships and when those relational connections are ruptured, we can feel profoundly disoriented. Healing, though, also happens in relationship.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: you have intrinsic worth. You are deserving of love, respect, and care — especially in the moments you feel most undone.

I practice in Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP).

If you’re in East Nashville, the Greater Nashville area, or anywhere in Tennessee and looking for a steady place to land, I would be honored to sit with you.
